Train Your Brain in 7 Ways

1. Meditation:

Meditation is to focus strongly on one point and continually bring your attention back to that focal point when it wanders. A wandering mind is a less caring mind. Power of meditation develops mental health and nurtures the brain. It increases awareness, concentration & decision making. It helps preserve mental aging.

2. Brain Exercise:

Trying puzzles, playing cards, building vocabularies & listening to music can an exercise to train your brain. Socialism can flourish your brain as well. Always try to do or engage with unknown and difficult things to change the brain’s normal curriculum, such as draw your town’s map or write with left if you are right hand person. Keep remembering the name of your town people as many as you can.

3. Tell Good Stories:

It improves the mood to cure mental health. It can be a daily exercise of creativity that is shared with a lot of people. It gives us excitement, enthusiasm, energy, smile and emotion. Even it promotes various characters like- doctors, engineers, plumbers, mailmen, farmers and so on.

There are two key aspects of an effective story. First, it must capture and hold our attention. Second, it transports us into the character’s world.

4. Reading Books:

Reading is contagious. It consistently strengthens connections in the brain, improves memory and concentration and may even help living longer. It increases the level of intelligence. It reduces stress, depression and prevents from cognitive decline. It also enhances social skills.

5. Learn New Skills:

Challenge of Learning new skills is rewarding enough on its own but the prospect of improving cognitive functions is even more motivation. It stimulates neurons in the brain which generate many pathways for electric impulses to travel faster across them. It takes you to a new perspective on the world around you and trains your brain to handle a wide range of challenges.

6. Follow Brain Train Program:

Practice makes a man perfect. The more time you devote to engaging your brain, the more it benefits. You may follow different websites, apps and games to engage the programs. We should not exercise several brain train programs at a time. This programs make your ability to master on hard things. It reaches at an elite level in terms of quality and speed.

7. Eat Right:

We must keep the healthier food handy. People are habituated to search the easy route to take. That means we pick the available things first. Now we need to rearrange our home with refrigerator full of healthy food.

We must pay attention on every bite, chew and swallow. Food presentation can be one of the key factors to consider. Add more variety of foods.
